What's on each card
The word, as big as the longest word in the set allows, so every card in the set is the same size of letter. The small grey name in the corner says which list it's from. With "Add a copy to trace" ticked, the word goes in the top half and the bottom half has the four writing lines (a solid top line, a dashed midline, a solid baseline and a dotted line for tails) with the word in dots, the same as on the sight word tracing workbook pages.
Printing them the right size
Print at 100% (in the print box it's often called "Actual size"), not "Fit to page", or the printer shrinks the sheet and the cards come out small. On a US Letter sheet the four 3" × 5" cards take up 10" × 6" in the middle, and each dashed line runs straight across the sheet, so a paper trimmer cuts them apart in four strokes. Card stock holds up better than plain paper.
